If individuals sit on their hands and do nothing then nothing will be changed.
On 16-12-2019 I posted that on 16-12-2019 there had been 5,619 trades (81.8% of all trades) for less than 2,000 shares. Almost all of these trades were in clear contravention of section 1041 a of the Corporations Act.
I contacted ASIC (who asked for a misconduct submission) and GOR (who put it down to a re-balancing of the GXDJ). Mushrooms are fed on bullshit and kept in the dark.

Section 1041 a of the Corporations Act basically states that it is illegal to create an artificial price for trading or maintaining a price that is artificial.

Today I analysed the close of GOR to see how artificial the ASX trade in GOR shares has become.
1. The last sale of the day was at 3.59.59 pm for $1.1075.
2. At 4.09.09 pm there were the following sellers in the close of market sale that concludes at around 4.10 pm daily:
. 2 sellers offering 15,112 shares for $1.00.
. 3 sellers offering 3,334 shares for $1.045.
. 2 sellers offering 25,544 shares for $1.05.
. 1 seller offering 6,762 shares for $1.055.
. 1 seller offering 12,148 shares for $1.07.
. 1 seller offering 3,970 shares for $1.08.
These pretend sellers are clearly part of a price manipulation scheme. Why would a seller sell a product for $1 when a few minutes earlier it had sold for $1.1075?
How can the ASX or ASIC ignore the directions of the Australian High Court as outlined in the DPP vs JM Matter. The Court clarified that genuine sellers strive to maximize the proceeds of sales and in relation to Section 1041 a it is sufficient to show that the forces that formed prices were other than the forces of supply and demand.
I am raising this next with the ASX because these sellers are a clear contravention of 1041 a.
