I know this is happening all over the ASX but it is a strategy to manipulate the price of the share by investment banks and contravenes Section 1041 a of the Corporations Act by creating an artificial price. No intelligent seller would not try to maximize the sale proceeds with a flippant sale price of $1.00. Your acceptance of this shows how little you know about the markets and investing.
When bids are above the last traded price this is usually a sign that the shorters have to square up.
I suggest you seek the advice of a financial adviser when you seek to make any further investments because a fool deals in matters he does not understand.

So what about the bids above the last price during the auction, can't be blatant
manipulation below and all ok above because you want a higher price.
You claim that it is in breach of section 1041 is illogical and incorrect. And yes you are certainly dealing in matters you don't understand, making you a fool under your own criteria.
