zzzzz1, what would they gain by doing that? Your saying the insto's keep it under 40c so they can then buy the unwanted placements at a higher price? Don't think so. Here you can have these 37cent shares so i can buy your 40 cent issue rights. Hmmmm ok.
You can always tell who is overweight in stocks. You guys go on the attack to those who are shorting. Thinking they are working for someone, ramping down the company. While this could happen, have you ever thought it may just be a common sense investor that is simple looking at a downwards trending stock?
