Unfortunately until EWC are earning big $$'s they aren't in the position to do a buy back of shares to push the price up and burn the short sellers. What the shorters are doing has absolutely nothing to do with a companies fundamentals just about making money, much like people who invest entirely relying on charts.
Would be sweet justice if someone like James Packer decided that 27.5 cents would be a good time to spend $5millions to top up his long term investment. Would love to see more real estate hopping onto the market because someone got burned with a large shorting position on a good stock like EWC.
For those with money the shorters are creating a great buying opportunity for a future cash cow.
