Tension in the middle east is never a good thing, but I think they (US & Israel) are playing hardball at the moment, as there is excess capacity in supply, and most G20 countries are rebuilding thier reserves at the moment. For most of them strategic reserves are building to counter higher prices likely next year or so as economic recovery builds.
Also handy to note that last nights boost to poo was due to dropping gasoline reserves in US, they are close to max on oil reserves, but traders are twitchy to any news at present, and there doesn't seem to be much apetite from the bears. But in these times it is hard to see any trends, mostly channel trading..
I believe that poo will channel from 65 to 75 for a while yet.
