the cash issue u refer to being a problem has happened because they continually try and thread a needle.waiting for news or funding to raise at higher prices.its not about can they get cash.people in this know that isn’t an issue.
I know it’s confusing for you but it’s not like ur magic beans play. $3M - $5M (with only 250M SOI) is enough runway to get some serious traction.
u need $100M with 3 billion shares on issue coming off a $60M MC
