    unless it’s a future dated convertible note that means the shares don’t hit the market for 1-2 years and dilution is therefore limited in the immediate term… that could be an issue? What happens if the Dutch Government approves that €2.5m grant and a private credit provider steps in with 3 months funding to carry over until the grant funds hit the account? No dilution in that scenario? Why hasn’t there been a capital raise called given how obvious it is needed? Seems a bit odd that it hasn’t happened yet given it was discussed at the AGM as being an obvious future need??

    Why would you short a tiny spec stock that has already fallen so far and can be pushed up as easily as down given the size of the market cap? That’s insane level of risk…. Why wouldn’t you just sell calls on an ASX50 stock and then buy puts? The bank gives you the money to play the downside. Shorting this level is just a bit on the crazy side and the absolute return must be almost too small to even bother exposing yourself to such risk?

    I wish you well on the short position but I think that this is a pretty dicey decision.
