My Belief is the job of the GoG is to promise minerals with which they have no intention to deliver even if a company complies with all the requirements in the contract. That changing the goalposts was always the game. Orano was granted a permit I believe weeks before act 20 was put into effect. I am sure they paid all fees for the exploration license. The GoG knowingly that in a few weeks later was going to make it impossible to use that exploration permit. Orano big enough to absorb the hit graciously withdrew from the country. They publicly announced such withdraw to the public and shareholders shortly after announcement of the permit being granted. The exploration and mining sector in Greenland has been sterilized by ACT 20. It has had a paralyzing effect on the Greenland mining sector. The GoG is in the business of taking grant money and fees for services they that they have no intention to honor under contract. ETM is done with following the goalposts. This is why we are currently in a lawsuit. I truly believe that there will be moving of the goalposts for the mine next door. That is the pattern and behavior of the GoG. Time will tell.
