hmmm. Are they onto something? Do they have info. that the Visalia commissioning this quarter will run into problems.
First quarter always reveals some problems with these complex plants. Shaun Verner's previous track record is very patchy.

lets hope for a present surprise. A joint venture or
someone takes a 10% stake in the company. Would Rockey up to 85 cents a share. Short sellers get burnt.
