A lot companies was awarded more than $1b and in terms of kcn no one knows how much the claimed amount is but we know for sure RSK always said we have 30-40years worth of mining. Which is over 2b claim and Chatree was the only mine making revenue for kcn which means we lost everything. I would say we had good chance of getting 1b here but RSK must have ask court to give us compensation +mine back
We won’t see court outcome as we are getting settled.
