dont know… i think its a hedge from one of the big boys…who took over the westoz shares…so either merill lynch (BOA) or some other insto….now as the re.openig and settelment is in sight… they try to buy back again slowley as the stock is traded low volume, tight held…so if they would ask for 1.3 M to cover/buy ilke tomorrow if Ross for intance would sell NE it should squeeze…but if the shorts are finished it should mark a kind of new bottom…we are than more dependend on what GDXJ is doinin?…what you think fitziiii
