I don't know either. Pretty sure they control balancing accounts that we saw on the 3rd August given how tightly the shares are held and we know from the filed 605 and the screens that there are cross trades. I think you are on the money with the Westoz shares. Others have noticed when GDXJ buys a stock it tends to go down.
