I have already answered this to the best of my ability.
You need to put your thinking cap on. Why would Thailand allow KCN losses incurred outside of Thailand to be an offset against income generated there? Akara, which is a subsidiary of KCN may have some losses that may under Thai tax law be an offset, but I am not aware of how their tax rules work or the extent of any such losses. Those losses on the Thai activities (if there are nay) will have been included in KCN's accummulated total loss figure in its annual accounts in accordance with Oz accounting rules.
