As long as kcn register as an Australian company they have to pay tax on their income but foreign tax will be offset against Australian tax to avoid double taxation.
on the other hand Akara will have to follow Thailand taxation law and they will pay dividends to kcn if they make profit. Tax incentives means more profit for Akara and bigger dividends for Kcn. Offsetting Australian tax loss with profit means more cash for dividends or reinvest.
one thing you said correct though written off Chatree will be back on our balance sheet.
