Dividends can be distributed pretax or post tax, pre tax distribution is nil franking credit and post tax distribution is 100% franking credit, some company does combined.
thailand law imposed 10% tax on dividends to foreign companies which means this is the only tax kcn will pay to Thailand as the dividends distribution will be pre tax.
But Akara pay vat/GST, withholding tax for their employees, royalty, import tax (for any goods from overseas) and company tax (if there is any profit left). Tax incentives means all gone a part from royalty.
