I have no problem with that statement. All very straight forward.
But as yet, you don't know what peaking arrangements, if any, the BOD have been able to negotiate.
Until an agreement, if any, is announced, we don't have a clue as to how it will be integrated into the grid.
Note that the Mac report has given the power project a "risked" value.
It is as yet, not a given. So be patient. IMO. J L.
