Its more a risk thing and a lot of fund managers hold stock in more conservative dividend paying stock which doesnt' need to return much for these funds to meet their bonuses and targets. In any case I'm buying again down at these level's the shorters are still shorting and STX is almost reaching its all time high level of shorts which doesn't make sense
