Which bit isn't correct?
If a broker wants to borrow 1M STX shares to cover a short sale @ $0.20, it will be required to lodge approx. $200,000 in cash as collateral security to the agent of the lender in exchange for the scrip. This collateral level is regularly reviewed to protect the lender, "margin" calls on the borrower may be requested depending on SP movement.
