And there you have the algo bot in play.. asx now just swarmed with 1 c micro trades in tight trading bands. Not sure how it doesnt breach market manipulation rules under corp law? Guess asx turns a blind eye in order to reap their transaction fees.
Section 1041A of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits market manipulation. The Act defines market manipulation as conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an “artificial price” for trading in various financial products, including shares and futures.
And there you have the algo bot in play.. asx now just swarmed...
