The Peaking plant is subject to WA Government allocation. Until STX have notification of the size of the allocation and price it is not a firm proposal. I expect it allows STX time to consider other options like tolling the gas through the Beach plant nearby.
There are lots of ways to extract value from this discovery.
We are currently drilling and will have those results early August which if successful may change everything.
The funding is a distraction I feel.
