I follow the logic here, but if you think price is being artificially manipulated to a level lower than fair value (in your opinion) then you should buy as many shares as the short sellers can sell to you.

I am not against short selling as it adds liquidity to the market, it really is bears versus bulls. What is fair value for ACX at this point in time? Hard to know but I am very comfortable buying at below $4.
