Yes, you can look at it that way but its at the expense of those shareholders and super-fund members who have been ripped off by these criminals. This is not the way the market is supposed to work.

I think that the blatant criminal activity clearly seen in the current ACX market activity may provide an opportunity for these low-life to get their come-upance.

You can clearly see that they are responding to announcements in order to manipulate the SP with illegal non-genuine selling, to prevent it finding its own level.
