Anyone who ramps up a stock and makes "to the moon" type posts and then the same day after they have sold brings on the "doom and gloom" type posts is a grub in my books. Better off letting everyone know your in it just for the trade, there's nothing wrong with making money, but to take the other approach is a grubby way to be and reflects the integrity and the personality of the poster.
