MGX has short life time. 21 mlt of ore to mine and sell, and close the shop. The future ore price is uncertain.
The first two years are not very promising, lots of dirt to move, little ore to mine.
FMG shareholders received a cold shower today (sadly, me including with wrong option positions). what went wrong?
Approximately 1Billion dollars short in the bank account. Good IO price, favourable weather, few accidents, fantastic dividends and still not enough to satisfy market.
Tomorrow market may recover a bit. In my opinion market overreacted as it often happens.
