It would have to be a very good reason not to allow it to happen. If everything has been checked and checked again, scientifically proven (CSIRO), no mishaps with consequences, on what grounds could they say no. Just because of some big wigs from CSG say so is not what I call or even think a possibility.By them saying no and protesting would only draw more attention to their method and make UCG look so much better. On legal grounds well thats another story and one I would have to think would have strong legs, plus the possibilty of Liberal Gov needs to be considered.

Although I think it is something to be mindful of I think a fight would be in hand for any decision other than YES.
