Ok i spoke too Derm and they have had CNX application for the ammendment to proceed to the 5mw trial for ten business days out of thirty days too respond if they dont require any further infromation. This process is a standard practice for all companies as a company has too get further ammendments as they progress and not before each stage of develpment has been completed.
