I've been holding a smallish parcel for the last 6 months and intend to add to it.

Not to disagree with the gist of your post, but the .org extension is not meaningful in and of itself. Anyone can use purchase and use it. It is just a voluntary convention that non-profits and NGOs use it. It is also not really associated with government. NGO actually stands for Non-Government Organization.

Good luck to us all. So cruel that these medicines are so desperately needed, but by the nature of the beast take so long to develop.
