it really isn't up to JB imho. PDN has a relatively open register and this would make it ripe for to. PDN is way undervalued.
PDN management has been very concerned regarding the possibility of a takeover and while I know a lot of things have been out of their control some of PDN's own actions have not been in the interests of the existing shareholders. Imo this includes the terms on which some of their 'script' takeovers have been made.
