At some stage in my opinion. As mentioned previously adt is heavily manipulated in particular over in London and then here by the long/short fund. This has taken place since Oct 21 and flies in the face of rising commodity prices. When the long fund comes into play this stock will seriously push on or a major announcement by PC.
