Have to agree it seems very positive. Cant see any need for cap raising..funds to come from faciltiy already in place and contingency fund + convertible notes + cash on hand. Figures indicate that 15m of the 20m contingency $ available, to be used. Also note confirmation that start up date Q4 2009 still remains. Given the re siting that has occured - i think its remarkable that they have been able to (almost) deliver slightly over budget - but still on time. In the present global climate its incredible. Huge ticks for management imo.
The big question is what will the market make of it? and was this ann. in any way connected to the 4m shares sold on the open yesterday? I have learned to expect the unexpected from the market - so will be looking to snap up some v cheap shares between now and Xmas.
