Hi Eddy, note your comments but not really logical in my opinion. Heathgate have already committed to and are spending $14m this year, so I dont think any one would commit such funds at this stage when they dont intend to proceed further in the short term.
For example woud you give a builder $14m to build you a house in say 2 years time, dont think so! Cheers
