You clearly have no idea about this business and what stage of development it is in. Investing cashflow is cashflow used for investing activities ie the buying of the dairy farms in this case - the core segment of this company's business. This cashflow is being used to grow income eps. Operating cashflow is a better indication on the health of a business however for a number of reasons a negative operating cash flow isn't so bad either- providing capacity is there to do so. It can simply signal a growing business that has high growth in inventories (ie feed).
