I certainly hope your optimistic sentiment proves well founded. An interesting example of a company that raised capital recently at a significant discount to market and promptly recovered is Elk Petroleum (check the trading patterns for the weeks surrounding announcement of the raising). SUR is another. Of course it helps if you have a programme of active drilling coming up, but again, AMU ticks that box. Let's hope it does prove "just a flesh wound" on this occasion.
