    I believe PJ is going to see the bank manager!

    He wasnt at the Coaltrans conference yesterday.

    the mining industry is frustrated with the Govt on a number of fronts.

    1. Red tape with permitting both mining and environmental,

    2. lack of infrastructure and brilliant plans never getting off the drawing board.

    3. failure of parastatals, eskom, transnet etc to perform
