HTWR got a neutral rating and its price went up . This research report would not have much credibility i believe and seekingalpha just picked out bits they liked to over dramatise as usual.
SUNSHINE Chief medical officer bought a lot of shares higher so i would see that as a shot of confidence and more credibility than some random research report from some brokerage firm i have never heard of mainly catering to hedge funds.
