Break away gaps can also happen with exceptionally good news as well and are never filled or remain unfilled for years.
Many examples exist today in mining shares and one I used to hold because of both fundamentals and dividends.
I'm sure our board is well aware of what is happening with the share price now but this trading is sheer agony to watch.
Will some be selling at the low? Every chance.
