It's a bot from a broker. You can tell from its autonomous buying behavior.
It wouldn't be someone trying to push the price up because it is the least effective way to do so. The opposite in fact. It is a mechanism to slowly accumulate with out drawing attention.
Really only economical for a broker to do so because brokerage fees would make it uneconomical for a retail investor to buy in that manner.
