your right lord, 24 hours in not time to respond. They will need to respond again today as they are sure to get the same question again with even a bigger dive and bigger volume.
Problem is all the important people are on an F1 weekend and will be unlikely to get a decent response until back in the office.
no mention of legal action, which will be a given from TFS, and will be another loss. TFS take legal action against the smallest of negative opinions, even posters on HC in the past have been hit from them. IMO it would be a stupid move to go legal as they can not win
