QIN has improved its expertise at growing trees and concentration of sandalwood oil over time. The early plantations had lower tree survival rates (50-60%) and lower heartwood yields (9% - 10%): the later plantations have higher survival rates (85% to 90%) and higher heartwood yields (15%). Hopefully the table provided to me as a MIS grower will be uploaded to this post.
