Either TFC's management has mislead investors or Glaucuas is misleading investors and is manipulating the market. I sense it is the latter. I note Glaucus has undertaken an extensive publicity campaign with its report. The Australian and the West Australian newspapers have reported on it. It also seems a coincidence the report is released following the first significant negative lead from Wall Street for several months.

TFC management will need to respond clearly articulating why the report is wrong. It should follow this with legal action. Alternatively, the Glaucaus report is accurate.
