    A pretty blatant attack though, eh? TFS (QIN) now need to refute the "report" in quite some detail. I don't know if it goes as far as defamation but this kind of deliberate skinning of TFS shareholders by a short seller is dodgy at best and TFS need to put this one to bed quickly and decisively.
