    TFS's response is being taken as bad news. They have not addressed any of the main points in the report. I would have thought it would be a simple matter to take the main points and address them one by one. So I am raising the odds that the report might be accurate. Shareholders deserve better IMO.

    I'm not trading this, as I don't trust either side TBH ATM.
