    Based on some of the statements being materially untrue I think that Glaucus Research Group may have mistakenly assumed the free speech thing in the states applied here.

    Also it appears that the CFO of TFC was the one that came out with the initial reply.

    One question springs to mind......Who loaned them the shares to short? If you knew they were going to destroy value so much why would you lend them out?
