I have seen MANY companies bumping into this, including applied brain research. And its also getting cited with IBMs patents, where PVDM has solved learning.
ROTFL. Citing Prior Art is part of the discovery process. Because Peter's is the first STDP patent it very likely cited in subsequent patents. It doesn't mean it has any value or relevance.
You don't even have the most basic understanding of IP law but you are claiming BRN is world beater merely because it was patented.
