As it stands AFR, if FQ decide to proceed with a new coal fired power plant, will be free carried into a $2+ billion project valuing AFR at around $500 mil plus its other coal assets. At 10 cents the company is valued at $50 mil.
Why would FQ want to have AFR to have 25% of its project. As far as the AFR Board performance goes take a look at the sp over the last 6 years and the amount of financial reward the Directors and managers have taken in fees and wages.
I hope for shareholders sake that FQ make a play and let this Board move on to other things.
