Probably worth pointing out also, that your bull case fair value estimate of $3+ a share is based on a price of US$470/tonne MOP, which could still be considered conservative.
The current spot prices for MOP are up at over US$1,000/tonne. They'll probably come off from current levels, but if the bull case was based on say US$600/tonne, as profit is leveraged to the price and assuming costs are fixed/don't change, the NPV and fair value estimate goes up exponentially. i.e. at those prices fair value estimate post scoping could even be $5+ a share.
