    good points raised by everyone ...good to see

    honestly i see most of these "concerns" as solvable ... and the essentially few different solutions exist for each of these "problems" .... so good position to be in considering we have access to multiple solutions ....

    i suggest management will pick or work towards the solution they feel will add greatest value to SH ..KEEPING IN MIND OTHER VARIABLES ...
