I believe it will close at $7.20 today and it will be in steady decline over the next month back to where it came from.
They are way too far away from completing the transaction and taking over operations.
There is plenty of time to get into WHC as an investment. As for trading well you might want to short sell it in the short term. Today is a perfect day for that in my opinion. Anyway let's see.

The Buyers will assume economic and operating control of the Daunia and Blackwater mines on completion of the sale, including all current and future environmental liabilities and rehabilitation obligations.
