In my opinion, in summary the share price is continuing the hilarious downward spiral zig zag because the company is losing money hand over fist and this is highly unlikely to change in the future.

EXL has many times since listing had a capital raise in order the fund these continued and heavy losses.

Why not read some of the previous posts and threads?

To me a better question would be why (like in fairness seemingly many.... this still shocks me) you have not come to this view by now, and are unable or unwilling to look at the financials (which are public information).
