Market Update 13 DECEMBER 2010
Viridis Clean Energy (ASX: VIR) (Viridis) today advised that it has entered into an agreement to sell its US landfill gas to energy business for US$10.25 million (prior to completion adjustments and transaction costs).
The sale arrangements are subject to usual closing conditions which are expected to take approximately 45-60 days to complete.
- The above was released 30 days ago and VIR spiked 70%, we could be potentially 15 days away from competion of the sale which will wipe a great deal of the remaining debt from VIR and bolster a lot of confidence back into the stock, with another potential spike greater than in Dec on completion.
Buyers are building each day as volumes increase, chart just freshly begining to tick up obviously people are becoming aware of the above, not saying this is a hold (as ive only researched as far as this trade), but a definate ST trade opportunity.
